Work order, but no maintenance of the garden & green belt in Greater Noida: residents

Greater Noida: Residents have complained that parks and green belts in most of the city sectors are not regularly maintained and some places have violated the boundary walls and shrubs overgrown.
Although Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) issued 44 work orders for several sectors on Thursday, residents said the work had not yet begun.

On Sunday, Bhati said some bricks had been brought to improve the garden boundary wall in the Beta Sector Block 1.

Asked about this problem, BP Singh, senior manager, Gnida, said that bricks had been removed and park contractors had been punished and issued a warning.
Said Gnida official.
