Noida: After a golf course in Sector 38, the Noida Authority has hired an agent to build a second golf course in Sector 151.
The 18-hole golf course will be developed at 90 hectares and will be built at a cost of Rs 70 Crore.
, While tender allotment was carried out in the last week of June, the work is expected to begin on July 15 with the deadline for the delivery set for July 2022.
“We have employed agency, Kashyapi builder, and PVT Ltd infrastructure, to develop the second golf course.

Authority, in the 198th Board Meeting held on January 31 last year, approved the second golf course for cities in sector 151 and facilities such as clubs, heliports, and adventure sports zones in the 151a sector.
