Gurugram: A worker allegedly killed by his friend, who is also a colleague, after a dispute on the construction site in Bhondsi, police said on Thursday.
The defendant allegedly attacked the victim with a shovel who caused his death.
Police said the two men came from the same village and worked together for years.
On Wednesday night, Amit and Naresh were having dinner together at the construction site when they had an argument.
In anger, Naresh took Shovel and attacked Amit who died in place.
According to the police, Naresh escaped from the place after murder.
Based on complaints, FIR was registered at the Bhondsi police station under the IPC 302 (murder) section on Thursday.
“We are conducting a raid and soon accused of being arrested,” said Inspector Jagbir Singh, Station House Officer (SHO) from the police station.
