Workers died after falling into the furnace at H’bag

Hazaribag: Vikas Kumar Yadav (32), a resident of Bihar Banka District, who works in an iron factory and chintapure sponge iron in Charhi, died after he slipped and fell into the stove in the unit Thursday night.
“The body of the Hangus Yadav was taken from the furnace and was sent to the Hazaribag Medical College and the hospital for autopsy,” Charhi police station responsible to the Azad to Ti on Friday.
This factory is 1.5 km from the Charhi police station.
Angered at the incident, the worker from the factory did not allow the work to continue on Friday and complained to the police, saying there was no harness of safety or fire extinguisher in the factory.
Workers also demanded RS 15 lakh compensation for the Yadav family.
“The case has been registered at the Charhi police station in this matter,” Azad said.
