Rajkot: A 40-year-old worker was killed on Sunday for allegedly demanding the wage from his friend for whom he also worked in Gondal.
According to the police, Kiran Odaviya who died met with Kishan Chauhan accused at Jamwadi Gidc on Sunday night to ask for a delayed wage he should have gotten.
When Chauhan refused to pay, the duo entered the heated argument that increased into a fight.
In the middle of then, Chauhan took a rock and hit him on the head of Odaviya who killed him instantly.
The police ordered Chauhan based on complaints from Kani Sonpariya Kani Sonpariya and arrested him on Monday.
Police said that Odaviya used to live alone when his wife had left him along with their two children many years ago.
