Bokaro: A massive fire department broke out at Blast Furnace-2 from Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) on Friday.
The fire erupted after a torpedo spoon carrying a stabbed hot metal.
Hot metal from a temperature of 1300 ° C leaking from torpedo and the fire starts in place.
The fire rose so high so they swallowed all torpedoes.
BSL is an Indian steel authority unit limited (sailing).
About half a dozen tender fire takes about two hours to extinguish the fire.
Senior officials from the BSL factory reached the place.

The incident occurred when Loko transported a hot metal torpedo to the steel smelting shop (SMS).
Because of the incident, the production of Blast Furnace-2 has been affected.
The movement of the locomotive from the explosion furnace to SMS remains affected for several hours.
The assessment of damage in the incident has not been carried out.
Head of Communication, BSL, Manikant Dhan said: “Around 8:40 a.m., because the leak at a torpedo spoon in Blast Furnace-2, hot metal spilled on the track and burning.
No one was injured in the incident.” Dhan added: “Tender Fire immediately pressed into the service and about 90 minutes the flame was completely watered.
Some of the cables in the cable gallery were influenced by fire.
Normal operation continued in two hours after the incident.
“In particular, the BSL plant has seen a surge in accidents in recent months.
Recently, a contract worker fell in a spoon with hot metal.
Previously, two sustainable employees burned injury to the accident.
