Gurgaon: A dozen streamwork workers were bundled into the bus by the police on Saturday after they tried to meet the Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, who was on his way to the PWD home for the scheduled meeting.
Workers, who want to demand their demands for gains, work benefits, regular work and training skills to cm, then released in other locations.
Workers have alleged that the police attacked a worker about 100 meters from the rest of the house, after that he was sick and began to vomit.
Then they were led to the city police station, where the police allegedly attacked older workers.
However, the police have denied that claim, saying they “did not attack anyone”.
“We also did not hold anyone.
The workers were asked to take the bus only to keep law and order.
Then, they fell in the nearest location,” said Police spokesman Sube Singh.
According to the protesters, they made the Ephigsi Khattar in the civil lines as part of the planned protest when they learned that he had done it on the way to the PWD break home.
Since December last month, workers and assistants have protested throughout the country to ensure that they got the promised increase by the Prime Minister in 2018, as well as training for the poshan tracker application that had been driven by the government about the incident.
On Saturday, Rachna, one of the workers protested, said, “We asked the police to allow the delegation of seven workers to fill CM to file their complaints, but they began brutally attacking us and forcing us into the bus.” Another worker, Sarla, said that the protesters were surprised by the police behavior.
“We won’t do anything with CM; we just want to meet him.
How do the police, including men and women of the police, beat us for that? Today shows how CM treats workers,” he said.
The protesters accused the police led some of them to the police station, where the police slapped several of them.
“First, I want to ask why male police personnel handle women’s protesters.
Police behavior is inappropriate and brutal.
One of our old members was blamed badly, and several other people received a minor injury.
However, they could not hit our voices , “said Saraswati, District Secretary, Gurgaon Workers Angganwadi and Union Helper.
Workers of Anganwadi said that the power show by the police had further strengthened their determination to fight for their demands.
The protesters have hit the road for more than 50 days now, ignoring winter and dropping temperatures.
Friday, take the leaves from farmer agitation, workers have taken tractors and trolleys in the carnet, to provide reminders to the government about their ongoing protest.
