Indore: Uni Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Thursday said “All BJP leaders” worked under the leadership of Minister Shivraj Singh to win the next assembly election in Madhya Pradesh.
His statement came amid speculation about who would be the face of BJP for the next assembly election.
“As far as the 2023 election, all BJP leaders work under the leadership of the Chief of Chouhan.
I believe that with his government, the state will recently arrest the development of development,” said Scindia, recently inaugurated in the Union cabinet as a civilian minister.
Chouhan worked every day in the public interest when the Coronavirus case surged and also during the recent floods in the Gwalior and Chambal area, the former Congress leader told reporters here.
In an effort to evacuate people from Afghanistan, Scindia said they would continue until the last stranded person was taken home safely.
The Indian government is able to bring home all who have a valid visa, he added.
Blaming the previous UPA government because it skyrocketed fuel prices, Scindia said, “the Party (Congress) was pawned by India to foreign forces in 70 years, because the country could not be independent in the production of raw fuel.” “Under Prime Minister Narendra Leadership Modi, Indian oil companies focus on exploring raw fuel reserves to become independent in production,” he added.
He also accused the opposition to try “holding back the democratic process and destroyed the democratic temple” during the Monsoon Parliament session.
Asked why the Secretary General of BJP Kailash Vijaywarigiya was not seen with him for three days Jan Ashirwad Yatra in the state, Scoindia said reporters “look for juicy items”, but he has a “very friendly relationship” with senior leaders for the last 20 years.
“Before the start of Yatra, he handed the bouquet of flowers at Indore airport,” Scindia added.
