World Cup T20: Coach New Zealand said Kane Williamson was fine

Dubai: New Zealand head coach Gary Stead believes that Captain Kane Williamson, who injured his hamstring during the IPL last week, would be fit in time for the T20 Cup T20 match against Pakistan on October 26.
Williamson was left out of Sunriss.
Hyderabad played XI for their last match from the Indian Premier League, but the stead understated worries around the chances of injury that hurt Williemon’s participation.
“Kane is fine,” said Stead to New Zealand’s cricket.
“He only has a little hamstring, but he passes everything right now, he feels good.” They (Sunrisers Hyderabad) came out of the competition too, so I wasn’t sure if it was something he had to play.
“Williamson joined the New Zealand camp here from IPL.
Other members joined the national squad directly from the IPL including James Neesham and Adam Milne from Mumbai India along with Bowling Coach Shane Bond.
With two weeks to go play their first match from the tournament, Stead uses Lead-up for the match to make his troops get used to the heat of the United Arab Emirates.
“Today we might be trained in the hottest part of the day.
The two hours we start and it’s somewhere between 35 and 38 degrees possible.
You can feel you burn quickly.
We just kept liquid.
“A little shock therapy and get people back to hot weather and work hard,” said Stead.
“…
make sure we manage people in the next wee and explain our training and what we are trying to achieve.
We certainly don’t do it to try and cook people.”
