Nagpur: Dr.
Jayalal, the National President of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), said that the organization was worried about protecting its members’ professional dignity in a challenging situation today.
“Our organization is like a family that cares about all of their professional members and dignity,” said Dr.
Jayalal in the background of the incident recently in Yavatmal where a medical student was killed on the college campus.
He also referred to the arrest of doctors for hospital fires in Ahmednagar.
“Ima Maharashtra, and chapter of Nagpur in particular, have carried out various activities during Covid-19 and serves many patients.
The highest number of activities was carried out by Ima Nagpur Chapter,” he said.
Dr.
Jayalal discussed the final functions of Formal Nimacon, National Conference of Chapter Nagpur Ima, on Saturday on a virtual platform.
