Thiruvananthapuram: Responding to the news of a person who has not confirmed about the Taliban who released more than 5,000 prisoners in Afghanistan, including his daughter who was imprisoned in Kabul prison, Bindu Sampath, the mother of recruiting Nimisha Sampath alias Fathima Isa, said that if the news was true, then it was only intervention Divine.
However, he still needed the mercy of the central government to see his daughter once again and his grandson, for the first time.
Speaking to Toi, Bindu said that he had not received official confirmation in this matter.
Whatever, he will continue his battle as usual, send a letter to the Prime Minister and the Ministry of External Affairs seek aid in bringing back his daughter and 4-year-old grandson back to India.
He hasn’t received a positive reply to one of the countless letters he sent.
However, he was determined to continue doing what he had to do until he received a positive reply.
“I have to keep doing what I have to do because there is no one else to help me in this battle,” Bindu said.
He added that he was truly concerned about the safety of his daughter and the grandson following a situation that changed in Afghanistan.
Bindu has knocked all the doors to bring his daughter back to India since he received the last news captured in Kabul.
He believed that if his daughter’s actions contradicted the interests of the nation, the government had to bring it back and demanded it here when he continued to become an Indian citizen.
Bindu had previously explained that the main purpose of his fight was to provide a safe childhood for his innocent granddaughter, who was born after Nimisha joined.
