Udhagamandalam: Forest officials controlled the injured tusker which was drifting in the Gudalur woods branch in the Nilgiris on Wednesday with the assistance of four kumkis.
Before, a group containing forest officials and veterinarians had been shaped to catch the tusker by attaching it using sedatives and place the creature at a kraal to offer medication.
But, there wasn’t any requirement to tranquilize the tusker, since the group, which included 30 forest area personnel, succeeded in controlling the wolf in Puttur Vayal close Marthoma Nagar in Gudalur daily.
