Melbourne: Australia All-rounder Marcus Stoinis said his hamstring was repaired and he might be ready for a bowl again in the next warming match against India ahead of the Twenty20 World Cup.
Stoinis was ruled out with tensions in the Indian Premier League and only struggled since returning to the competition.
He scored 28 of 23 balls in the victory of three Australian goal over New Zealand on Monday in warming in Abu Dhabi and optimistic about his fitness.
“I’m not a bowl tonight but traces pretty well,” said Stoinis about hamstring.
“I feel like on the right track and is ready to go.
