Beijing: Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Friday that external strength should not be allowed to interfere in internal affairs of countries under the pretext, according to Chinese media.
Countries must be strongly supported to explore their own development paths and government models that are in accordance with their domestic conditions, Xi said.
“The future of developments and the progress of our country must lie firmly in our own hands,” he said.
XI is handling the meeting of the Head of State of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Tajikistan through a video link.
