Xiaomi smartphone maker has begun launching an Android 11 update for a two-year-old smartphone – Redmi K20.
The company launched the Redmi K20 in 2019 with Android 9.0 out-of-the-box pie.
Now, smartphones have started receiving Android 11 updates in India.
Along with Android 11 updates, smartphones also received MIUI updates 12.5.
The update is equipped with the Build V12.1.4.0.rfjinxm number and it also carries the latest Android security patches to smartphones.
The company is launching an update in a gradual way and will reach all users in the coming days.
With Android 11 update, the Redmi K20 user will be able to experience features such as the default screen recorder, a better media controller, original smart home control, one-time permission to the application, repair security through Google Play and others.
