New Delhi: Xiaomi smartphone maker launched its flagship smartphone MI 11 Ultra last year.
It is the first smartphone that comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
Now, it seems that the company can launch a new premium smartphone – MI 12 at the end of this year.
The Qualcomm manufacturer’s chipset works on the next generation’s mainstay processor, it is likely to be called Snapdragon 895.
It is expected that the company can reveal the new chipset in early December this year.
This means that smartphone makers will also launch their superior devices early.
So, it is possible that Xiaomi may also launch the next generation of MI 12’s superior smartphones at the end of this year.
According to the popular Universe Ice Typster, Qualcomm is expected to launch the next generation Snapdragon 895 in early December this year.
So, just like last year Xiaomi might also reveal the next 12th generation MI smartphone at the same time.
At present, there is not much information available about the upcoming smartphone.
However, it was said to come with an enhanced camera and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 895 processor.
Tipster also claimed that the upcoming Snapdragon processor will be seen on the superior smartphone which will be launched in the first half of 2022.
Rumors also suggest that Qualcomm can launch the Snapdragon 895+ processor on June next year and SOC will power the high-end smartphone launch in the second half of 2022.
Meanwhile, Qualcomm’s head thinks that next year the company will have a chip for laptops that will compete with central processor chips specifically designed by Apple.
The new chip was introduced by Apple claiming to increase the battery life of the device.
Qualcomm Chief Executive Cristiano Amon told Reuters, he believed his company could have the best chip on the market, with the help of the chip architect team which previously worked on the Apple chip but now worked in Qualcomm.
