GAYA/ARA/MOTIHARI: The effects of cyclone Yaas, that weakened to a depression in Jharkhand and Bihar on Thursday, has been seen in the kind of mild to moderate rain in the country in the past 24 hours.
Places that obtained significant showers comprised Gaya (68.
8mm), Bhagalpur (28.
6mm), Purnia (20mm), Aurangabad (26.
5mm) and also Jamui (30mm).
