In the case of a ongoing porn film against Kundra’s businessman, the police found that two were accused – Arvindkumar Srivastav and Yash Thakur, were one person.
This was revealed after the police had issued a notice of both names.
Co-accused in this case, which claimed that Raj Kundra had paid off the bribery police RS 25 Lakh to postpone his arrest, has now alleged that he was “framed” because he refused to pay.

The police reported found that the wife of the Bhopal-based intelligence agent officer had a company called Flizmovies OPC Pvt.
Ltd.
Officers claimed that Srivastava aka Thakur was connected with him through Yahoo Messenger in 2005 and talked about making the OTT platform to host short-winning films.
The officer accused that once they decided to open it, Thakur handled company affairs.
However, to find out that the portal displays pornographic content, he retreated in August 2020.
The officer even accused him of argur to close the portal that was walking in his wife’s name.
Then, the company was acquired by Nuefliks, which the police said were owned by Srivastava.

While Srivastava has denied knowing every central government official, he also claimed that he was only an intermediary for Nuefliks.com who allegedly uploaded X-ranked content.
So far, 11 people, including the husband of the actor Shilpa Shetty Raj Kundra, has been arrested in this case because it allegedly produces adult videos and produces a big profit from illegal business.
