Actress Yashika Anand was reported to have met with a car accident on Saturday night on the east coast road near Mahabalipuram.
We heard that the car he traveled out of control and hit the median, was very damaged and injured inhabitants.
The accident was said to have occurred around midnight on Saturday.
Photographs of vehicles destroyed have conducted rounds on social media.
Yashika and some friends have been treated in private hospitals in the area in critical condition.
The actress’s father flew to Chennai from Delhi after hearing the news.
More friends, Valli Chetty Bhavani, who traveled with him, unfortunately, died in place.
Mahabalipuram police have registered a case and is investigating the accident.
Yashika, who made his film debut with vendud cavali, has a breakthrough with Thriller Karthick Naren, Dhuruvangal Pathinaru, and is known for his role in films such as Iruttu Iraousil Muratttu Kuthu and Zombies.
The actress was also part of the second season of the Bigg Boss Tamil’s popular television program, organized by Kamal Haasan, and has finished fifth place.
He just wrapped a photo shoot for Kadamaiya Sei, where he was paired opposite the SJ Semah.
