Yashpal Sharma saved 3 Sikh players during RIOT 1984

New Delhi: Sharma Yashpal teammates call it jealous, simple, helpful and humble, but he stands out because of the guts and grit, and from the field.
Along with Chetan Chauhan, the late Cricketer, Sharma came to save three Sikh players from the North Zone team during a nerve trail in the midst of the 1984 riots.
After asking for Navjot Sidhu, Yograj Singh and Rajinder Ghai to hide in the compartment, Yashpal and Chauhan face a horde Which is anxious and ensures they cannot harm the three.
