Yavatmal: BJP leader on Wednesday submitted an application that demanded First Cemara Registration against Maharashtra Minister Uddhav Thackeray accused him of beating Mitra Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj during his speech in Dussehra.

BJP President of the Pengutan District, Yavatmal Nitin Bhutada, urged the police to register the First Information Report (FIR) against Thackeray, who headed Shiv Sena, and took legal action against him because of the “provocative” saying.
Complaint application was submitted at the Police Station of the Master.
A police officer confirmed the application receipt of the BJP leader.
The complaint stated that Thackeray used a “provocative and dirty language” against the Yogi Adityanath Hindutva leader during the Dussehra speech on October 25, 2020.
“Thackeray said that how a yogi can be cm? He must go and sit in the cave.
He (Yogi) must be slapped with chappal (footwear).
Yogi has insulted Shivaji Maharaj.
Yogi has no status to approach Shivaji Maharaj.
Yogi must be beaten with his chappal when he comes to Maharashtra …

The comments made by Thackeray have the potential to trigger riots and riots in the community.
Bhutada said BJP will apply more complaints against the Thackeray cm at various police stations in Maharashtra.
