Bengaluru: Chairperson of the nearby pedestrian Minister B Yediyurappa and Interior Minister Basavaraj Bommai will be the 20th CM Karnataka.

Senior bommai was cm for nine months in 1989.

But Yediyurappa’s support, according to people in BJP, tilted the balance that supported Bommai.

Bommai will take an oath as the main minister at 11 am on July 28.
The decision to appoint BOMMAI as the successor to Yediyurappa was taken during the BJP legislative meeting held in Bengaluru.
His name was proposed in the duo then asked the Governor of Thaiwarchand Gehlot and claimed the claim to form the government.
Initially from Janata Parivar, the selection of BOMMAI for coveted posts also marked the new start on BJP because it came with popular assumptions that outsiders could not aspire to a large post at the party or government.
BOMMAI joined BJP before the 2007 Assembly election 2 with the last one, depending on it for everyday administration.
It was said that the BJP Central Leadership was impressed with the acumur of the Bommai administration.
He also built a bridge with central leadership with his constant interaction with them and as a representative of Yediyurappa for the past two years.
His appearance at the GST council meeting also received many appreciation by high command, said source.
BJP has, in the past few days, leaning on unconventional candidates for key positions of Karnataka, including in Rajya Sabha and Union Cabinet.
So, there is hope that it might be surprising.
But the choice of bommai shows the keenness party to protect the sound base than enjoying experiments, and also to keep Yediyurappa happy.
Bommai, owned by subect aware of less powerful lingayats, is expected to keep the vocational basis for a whole.
“Even though the community is still injured by the resignation of Yediyurappa, this is the right and good choice.” Said H M Renuka Prasna, Secretary of all India Veerashaiva Mahasabha, welcomed the party’s decision.
Bommai loyalists hope that he will get reception because the community in the second half of the 1980s supports his father, who loses strength in a way that is not excessive when the government is dismissed.
