Yeida gave a nod to the biggest budget

Noida: In his 70 board meeting on Monday, the Yamuna Express Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) approved the 4,123 crore budget for the financial year 2021-22.
This is the largest budget approved by the authority.
As many as 4,110 crore Hospital has been allocated for land acquisition, development work, contribution to the plane of the reference, reduction of Yeida debt and the implementation of multimodal connectivity work.
Below, while RS 540 Crore has been allocated for airports, Rs 300 Crore for multimodal connectivity with focusing on Noida, Noida and Delhi connectivity, RS 800 Crore for income exemptions and RS 2,673 Crore for income payments.
Also, the provisions of the RS 1,291.7 Crore budget have been made for development work in the sector and village.
The work includes the development of the housing sector, village, building, and roads to connect with the plane of the Jewar.
While the authority increased the land allotment rate of 5%, it was also provided for the headquarters and ATS training centers to be built near the plane of the Jewar.
All housing plots, industries, institutions are set for costs more given the closeness of the region to the Jewar airport.
The Yeida board on Monday passed the Jaypee Infratech proposal to recover the Buddhist international circuit allotment, but only after they deposited 10% of the total premium caused by Rs 100 Crore.
The Jaypee group owes Rs 1,000 Crore to Yeida for a formula one circuit.
After payment of contributions, the authority will provide benefits from the rescheduling policy.
Furthermore, the Jaypee Group must deposit the remaining 900 Crore Hospital in the same installment in the next two years, in 2023 according to the high court order.
“If the company agrees to both these conditions, only then the ration will be restored,” said Arun VIR Singh CEO Yeida.
The Board provides land for the headquarters and the ATS training center (anti-terrorist squad), which will be built above 12,770 square meters in sector 32.
For this, Yeida has allocated land at the level of Re 1 per square meter.
“ATS headquarters will be made at the F6 plot facility.
Proposal to allocate land for this has been approved,” said Singh.
All types of housing, city builders, institutions and rental have been given rescheduling facilities for 10% payment of the total premium due.
The Board Meeting was led by Chairman of Arvind Kumar and was attended by Arun Vir Singh, CEO of Gnida Narendra Bhoooshan, Yeida Aceo Monika Kumari, Yeida Aceo Ravindra Kumar and Yeida OSD Shailendra Bhatia.
