Yeida gets a nod of the board to record land for city films

Greater Noida: The authority of the Yamuna Expressway Industry Development (Yeida) on Tuesday took the council approval to record land parcels from the Yamuna toll road in sector 21 to develop film films, the ambitious project of the Yogi Aditentalath government.
Although the authority has been identified 220 hectares for the project, Board’s approval is required before starting development work.
The offer document is expected to be ready this week and the antidote selection process will begin after the papers are examined by the Department of Law.
220 hectares will be developed as part of the first phase.
Other major decisions taken at the second council meeting of Yeida this year, the authority decided to launch a one-time completion scheme for allottes from October 1.
“But this time, this scheme will be different from what used to be in the past.
We will release a plural , “said Arun Vir Singh, the Chief Executive of the Development Authority.
Although the three industrial development authorities in the region have launched a one-time settlement scheme, Yeida’s plan aims to solve the difference with allottee over the interest rate.
Authority will now collect only simple flowers than compound interest.
Simple flowers that apply at times will be considered to recalculate the amount of maturity.
Shailendra Bhatia, head of investment cells in Yeida, said, “If the authority ordered 8.5% of interest in the premium, it will pick up a 11.5% compound at the end of the first default.
For the second, the 14.5% compound flower is collected.
On Basically, the number of defaults is exacerbated every six months.
We will release a plural number and just pick up a simple flower.
“The officer said the amount of maturity must drop significantly after the recalculation.
The scheme, he added, will be offered until November 30.
Sources said this step will benefit around 32,000 people, including the real estate group that executes group housing projects.
Yeida’s steps likely to suppress noida and greater noida authority to introduce a similar scheme.
Yeida, officials said that, it also decided to resolve the drone survey of the villages under the jurisdiction.
The air survey will identify homes in villages and Yeida will publish property cards to families with limited boundaries.
At the meeting, the proposed medical device layout was also resolved.
Plan more than 350 hectares in the 28 sector, only 90 hectares will be developed in the first phase of the project.
The size of the plot in the park will be stored between 1,000 and 10,000 sqmt and 89 plots like that will be offered.
JESID also received approval to launch a data center park of more than 100 hectares in sector 28.
Heed the demands of entrepreneurship and individuals who have purchased industrial and housing plots along the toll road, authorities have decided to provide time until 31 December to execute rent.
