Greater Noida: YEIDA on Wednesday launched an institutional plot scheme under which land for two 100-bed paediatric hospitals will be offered.
Applications are invited till July 8 and selection will be made based on presentation and interview.
Under the scheme, provisions for commercial activities such as chemist shops, pharmacy, canteen etc will also be provided.
YEIDA CEO Arun Vir Singh said, “We launched the institutional plot scheme on Wednesday under which, three plots are offered, including one of 4 sqm and two plots of 5,000 sqm each in sectors 3, 18 and 20.
The two plots of 5,000 sqm each will have two 100-bed paediatric hospitals, allotments for which will be held in July.” TOI had reported on May 21 that YEIDA had planned to give 10,000 sqm for two 100-bed paediatric hospitals where priority will be given to those who fulfil the condition of completing the hospitals in 8-10 months.
The highlights of the plots on offer include their location in sectors 18 and 20 which have metro connectivity to the upcoming airport at Jewar and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
