Haveri: Pradeep Kadanavar never hopes to meet his future wife at the institution he works in Vietnam.
But he met him, and several months along the lane, they were married.
Pradeep, a Yoga instructor from Ramhearth Hosakoppa, a remote village in the Haveri district, married Preeti aka Quynh Trang from Ho Chi Minh, Tan Binh, Vietnam in Ramatheerth Hosakoppa Village on Tuesday according to the Hindu tradition.
Both Pradeep and Quyep Trang worked in a famous yoga institution in Vietnam, where they met four years ago.
According to his friend, “Pradeep has lived in Vietnam for seven years and he works as a yoga instructor after completing BSC in Yoga, where Quynh Trang is also an employee.
Pradeep belonging to the family of Agriculture and his mother Renuka and Father Maruti have not traveled much.” After the duo decided To get married, they submit it to their parents, who immediately agreed, the friend added.
When the wedding ceremony was held at Pradeep’s house, his parents, relatives of the villagers attended it, while the bride’s parents watched it through video calls.
All traditional rituals, including ‘Surige’, ‘Mangalya Dharane’ and ‘Padapuje’ are followed during the ceremony.
“Pradeep loves him and they decide to get married.
We are very happy to receive Quynh Trang as our daughter-in-law,” Pradeep’s parents said.
“Quynh Trang and I worked together in Vietnam.
When we met, he began learning about our India and our culture and he loved it.
We have a deep understanding and religion, region, culture, language or distance there are no obstacles in our relationship.
Besides that , our parents are happy, “Pradeep said.
