Maintaining a review meeting through video conferencing, CM said a large number of worshipers participated in the Moon Kartik exhibition, including Chhath Mahaparv.
“In such situations, systematic settings must be made for cleanliness, security, lighting, parking and drinking water in Ghats,” he said.
CM directs the authorities to ensure that people do not face problems in obtaining permission to organize the exhibition, because it is “the integral part of our culture and tradition”.
He quotes the example of ‘Panchkosi’ and ‘Chaudah Kosi Parikrama’, which will start in Ayodhya from November 14.
“Garhmukteshwar Fair will be held in Hapur, Dev DEPawali in Varanasi on November 19, and Dadri Fair in Ballia.
Likewise, various exhibitions are scheduled to take care of, Bareilly, Kanpur and Rae Bareli,” CM said as he instructed the authorities to ensure the implementation of the Covid protocol -19.
Yogi also emphasizes the need to prepare a night shelter considering the temperature decline.
“The very cold weather is expected this year.
Nodal officers must be appointed.
The police, in relation to the body of the local city, must ensure that not a poor person / desperate sleep on the path, crossroads or under any statue,” he said.
CM said adequate fodder must be ensured in wild livestock.
Speaking on the drive of the Covid-19 vaccination, he said that the administration of the first dose vaccine to 100% of the eligible population (15 crore people) will expire at the end of November.
He said Covid management above received global appreciation due to collective efforts.
So far, the country has given at least one dose to 9.95 crore people.
In such situations, the target of 25-30 doses of lakh per day has been determined by the state government.
Yogi said vaccination work must continue until 10pm in all districts.
“All necessary efforts must be made to achieve the target.
If progress in achieving the vaccination target is not found satisfactory, district judges and medical officers from the district concerned will be responsible,” he said.
He also looked for public representative cooperation, from the village head to parliamentarians, in increasing drive vaccination.
“Vaccination must be done with the micro target of ‘the first gram saturated dose’.
On the urban ward, it is necessary to work in mission mode with the spirit of ‘Ward saturated first dose’,” CM said.
According to officials, more than 75% of people have been given the first dose of vaccines in Gautam Budh Nagar, Shahjahanpur, Ghaziabad, Lucknow and Jhansi.
Ending the “commendable” situation, Yogi underlined the need to increase the vaccination rate in Firozabad, Ballia, Moradabad, Sambhal, Rampi, Aligarh, Sonbhadra, Hapur, Azamgarh and Farrukhabad.
