Lucknow / Gorakhpur: The state government will celebrate Indian spectacular performances at the Tokyo Olympics by holding a big event at the Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Atal Stadium in Lucknow on August 19 where the chairman of the Yogi Adityanath Minister will provide cash prizes to all sportsmen who have made a proud country.
While the winner of the gold medal will receive a medalist Rs 2, Perak and Bronze, each will get Rs 1.5 Crore Rs 1 Crore.
Members of the Women’s Hockey Team, which performed very well but finished all fourth, will be given Rs 50 Lakh respectively as entertainment gifts.
In addition, all 10 players from above who participate in the Olympics will be given each additional RS 25 Lakh.
Make this announcement while loading 75 sportsmen, including three Olympics at Gorakhnath Temple at Gorakhpur on Friday, the chairman of the Minister of Yogi Adityanath said: “We will respect all of our Olympians and coaches with cash prizes on August 19th.
