Lucknow: The Yogi Aditentalath government in Uttar Pradesh has decided to double the number of sainic schools in the state.
According to liberation, the minister’s chairman said, “By increasing the participation of private schools in opening a sainic school after the middle approval, the number of sainik schools above will increase significantly.
This will make the entrance more easily.”

The central government has decided to provide 100 government school affiliates, private schools, and NGOs with Sainik Schools Society, the Ministry of Defense, from the academic year 2022-23.

These schools will be different from existing sainic schools and will focus on providing cost-effective ways for larger populations throughout the country.
This initiative has been taken under the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP).
At present, the Sainik School Society runs three schools in the state while Captain Manoj Pandey Sainik School is under the state government.
After the central decision, the number of sainic schools will increase.
This will facilitate the reception process and a large number of students can register.
There are around 33 sainik schools run by the Ministry of Defense throughout the country.
Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of sainic schools compared to other states.
Three Sainik Schools are run by the Ministry of Defense in the state – Amethi, Jhansi, and Mainpuri, while the Sainik School is proposed to be built in Baghpat.
The construction work of the sainik school in Gorakhpur has begun, where the government has also issued a budget of Rs 90 Crore.
These schools are affiliated with CBSE.
A government spokesman said the Minister of Yogi Adityanath was sending a proposal to the center to establish a sainik school in each division.

The state government is building a dormitory with a capacity of 150 for the cadet of girls.
