Dehradun: The Uttarakhand government is in the process of reconsidering his decision to cancel Yatra Kanwar and allow pilgrimage, sources who are familiar with these developments to TOI on Wednesday.
It followed the announcement by the government above on Tuesday that it would allow Yatra from July 25 and so on.
The Chairman of the Yogi Adityanath Minister has directed officials to coordinate with neighboring countries in this matter.

CM and I have talked twice on this problem and, if necessary, I will talk to him again about this problem.” The Uttarakhand government has decided to cancel Kanwar Yatra this year because of the threat of Covid-19 and issued an order in this case on June 30 last year, Yatra was canceled due to a pandemic.
In 2019, when Yatra last happened, more than 3.3 Kanwarias Crore came to Haridwar – especially from Haryana, above, Delhi and Rajasthan.
