Noida: All allottees in Noida will now get an option to apply for online settlement certificates.
In addition, Allastee under all categories will be able to assess self-violations of building plan rules and pay compounding fees to noida authorities online.
So far, the authority is processing the application of only industries and housing online.
And more than 1,600 allotte in Noida has searched for a completion certificate through an online authority platform until now.
On Tuesday, the authority expanded the scope of the online service for everyone – including commercial, housing groups and institutions – and said the option would be aired for users from Wednesday.
Officials said that currently only 21 applications for completion certificates are waiting for authority, while the remaining ones have been thrown away.
“Either the certificate of settlement has been issued or allottes have been asked to submit a delayed document to get the same.
At present, only 21 out of 1,626 applications are delayed in the end,” said an official from the authority.
Ritu CEO Maheshwari said that a maximum of 90 days will be taken to discard the application to issue a certificate of settlement.
“Warning will be sent to registered mobile numbers of allottee at each stage.
Applicants will be informed to provide the required documents because where the application remains delayed through text messages.” While the owner of the housing plot fewer to do the settlement document, a set of 30 to 35 documents must be submitted for other types of plots.
These documents include certificates without objections from the pollution board and fire extinguisher, certificates related to elevator security, building structures, work CESS registration and rainwater harvest certificates.

“This will be issued online with digital signatures and applicants will not be asked to visit the Office of Authority,” he said.
