You can now track garbage trucks on the gr noida

Greater Noida: Complaints about overflowing garbage dumps and irregular door-to-door collections can eventually be something from the past in Greater Noida.
Thanks to the latest authority initiatives, residents will now be able to track in real time the location of the garbage truck and can call sanitation agents or workers concerned if there is a delay in garbage collection from their area.
From Tuesday, The Greater Noida Authority has begun to upload on its website, details of all private sanitation workers, supervisors and private institutions involved in cleaning the sector and residential village throughout the city.
For this, the authority has divided the larger Noida into four zones and uploaded the details of workers in Zone 2 to start.
There are 124 villages and 80 housing sectors in Greater Noida.
In addition, the authority has begun to provide vehicle GPS locations involved in garbage collection through Onemap, GIS-based maps that are integrated from Greater Noida.
At www.greaternoidauthority.in and onemap, authorities have uploaded photos, cellphone numbers and operating areas of all workers, institutions and supervisors involved in the cleanliness of everyday cities.
Narendra Bhoooshan, CEO of Gnida, said, “The characteristic of Greater Noida is hygiene and greenery.
To make it better, it is necessary to adopt digital technology for proper supervision.
With this, together with the team of authority, residents and villagers will also be able to supervise Daily sanitation work in their sectors.

“Residents quickly welcomed.
“If there is no cleanliness in any area or if garbage is not taken, we can now complain to authority.
We can directly monitor and track the sanitation workers of each field and report work hoses or schedules if any,” said Surender Bhati, a person local people.
