Dehradun: Pushkar Singh Dhami will be the main minister of Uttarakhand, successfully Tirath Singh, who resigned from the post on Friday.
He will be sworn on Sunday, along with the new Uttarakhand cabinet.
MLA from Khatima Seat in Udham Singh Nagar was chosen as the leader of the BJP legislative party at a meeting of the MLAS party in Dehradun on Saturday afternoon.
The name Dhamius was proposed by the chairman of Minister Tira Tirath Singh and President Pradesh Madan Kaushik and was seconded by a number of MLA, including the former Main Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat.
