NEW DELHI: Even the street transportation ministry has informed a new rule which will enable you to have a driving license after successfully getting training in any licensed driver training center and also you won’t have to tackle a driving evaluation in any RTO.
The catch is you need to complete the training and pass the exam, which has to be recorded digitally for audit.
“This whole procedure will probably be tech-driven and with no human interference.
The certification will be supplied to centers that satisfy the standards of distance, driving path, IT and biometric program and execute the training according to prescribed syllabus.
When the center issues a certification, it is going to get to the automobile license officer worried,” said an officer.
