Mangaluru: The police arrested a 25-year-old man under the Pocso Law.
Incidentally, the defendant was involved in the murder of BJP Workers Deepak Rao on January 3, 2018.
Based on complaints by a 17-year-old victim, the police had arrested Mohammad Naushad, a resident of Mulki.
He was accused number 3 in the case of the murder of Rao Deepak.
Rao, who works for cellular refill service outlets, is hacked to death by a group of people at Krishnapura Katipalla near Kapathkal.
The police who investigated the case ordered under the Pocso law, said the defendant was ordered after survivors, who allegedly lived with Himm complaining of sexual harassment.
He was reportedly pregnant.
