LONDON: The British police said on Friday they were investigating the problematic loner background who obtained a firearm license and shot dead five people including a three-year-old girl in the first mass shooting at 11 years.
There was no motive that appeared for the bloodshed on Thursday night at Gunman’s 22-year-old Gunman hands, who committed suicide after six minutes spree in a quiet residential area in Plymouth, southwestern England, not far from the largest western European naval base.

But Devon and Cornwall police put aside terrorism, including the distant group, and said there was a “family relationship” with the first victim Davison aged 51 while declining to confirm the local report that he was his mother.
After killing a woman in her house, Davison shot and killed her toddler and her male relatives 43 on the road outside, before taking the lives of men and women nearby, the police said.
Two other local residents received “significant” but there was no life-threatening gunshot wound, Constable Head Shaun Sawyer told reporters, adding that by 2020, Davison held a valid firearm license.
Local and national leaders expressed shock and sadness.
But as a question installed in the past Davison and police response, Prime Minister Boris Johnson thanked emergency services.
“My mind with friends and family of those who lost their lives and with everything that was influenced by the tragic incident in Plymouth last night,” he tweeted.

YouTube deletes its own content on Friday morning.
Before being reduced, most showed him to lift the burden on his home gym.
In one message to the camera, in a strong English state accent, he raved about women in the terms of misogynistic.
At the last upload, on July 28, he talked about feeling “beaten and defeated” by life.
The last external video that he “likes” on YouTube, this week, is a series of shots fired from US US rifles.
Sawyer defended the police response, insisted that the unit of the armed response was quickly at the scene, but was late to get involved with Davison before he committed suicide.
“We believe we have a domestic incident that has shed to the streets,” Sawyer said, adding that the police were examining Davison’s social media activities, hard drives, and home life.
Constable’s head said he could not confirm whether the Davison firearm license included weapons used on Thursday.
“Independent review” will see how it gets a license, and whether the Gunman has mental health problems.
