Rajkot: A 21-year-old young man and his deep cousin tried to commit suicide by consuming poison in Lalpur Taluka from Friday night.
The police said that the girl was Vasantben aka Jagu (19) died while the Bijel Jepar was critical and under treatment at the GG Hospital in Jamnagar.
According to the police, Vasant and Grounds fell in love.
They even had married before, but their families had tracked them.
The police said that the duo felt that their family would never accept their relationship, so they took extreme steps.
They consumed poison on Friday night in Lalpur.
Vasant died during treatment while Grijails was very important and under the treatment at GG Hospital in Jamnagar.
