Thiruvananthapuram: Kazhakkoottam authorities on Saturday detained a 19-year-old guy on behalf of rape.
The authorities stated that the alleged offense occurred in January this season.
The complainant in this case is really a young girl residing in Kazhakkoottam.
As stated by the complainant, she had been at a relationship with the accused and he’d promised to wed her.
Back in January this year, the accused went her house when nobody else had been present and sexually manipulated her.
But following that, he cut all ties with her.
He stopped responding to her calls.
A month before, the girl filed a complaint prior to Kazhakkoottam authorities, who obtained the accused to custody after a diagnosis.
The arrest was created by a team headed by Kazhakkoottam station house officer inspector U Biju.
The accused was produced before a local court, following which he had been remanded in judicial custody.
