Youth held with stalker fees

Thiruvananthapuram: Nemom police here on Saturday arrested a 29-year-old man on charges of stalking.
The police identified the defendant as Nair Muttathara Sujith.
The police said that the defendant was arrested based on a complaint submitted by a young woman who was in Nemom.
He accused his complaint that the defendant continued to follow him.
He also threatened him on several occasions after blocking his way when he ignored his progress.
The defendant had fled and still could not be traced for several days after the police registered a case.
He was tracked and arrested by a police team led by Sub Inspector Nemom Vipin and Prasad.Police said the defendant was a custom violator, which was also involved in other cases listed under the Petting Police Station for allegedly harassing minors.
