Bhubaneswar: A young man allegedly stabbed to death because two groups clashed near the Sainik School here on Saturday night due to trivial problems.
The deceased was identified as a parida chinju (22), a local.
He and his friends were eating cakes at the bakery when a group of other people who knew he came in the car.
“In anger, someone from another group issued a knife and stabbed him.
His friends took him to the nearest private hospital where the doctor said he died,” said a police officer.
Three people were detained.
