Bengaluru: Defects by his brother for going home late, the former Corporator’s son tried to commit suicide by opening a fire from a gun on Sunday night.
However, he finally injured a friend who tried to save him.
Salman KS, 25, son of former Corporator BBMP KS Sameeulla, was arrested, while his friend Fizal Ahmad, 22, AC mechanics, a sustainable bullet injury in his right hand.
The police said the incident occurred around 21:30 a.m., when Salman and Ahmad came to the BTM layout I was my first stage of the residence.

Ahmad rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment.
