Shorts Tiktok YouTube rivals may get a special button immediately to change the sound of the video.
At present, users of YouTube shorts rely on third party editing applications to record voiceover for video.
As found by XDA developers, the video platform can add Voice Over buttons to the YouTube application to record tracks or overlays in existing videos.
This means that users don’t need to depend on third-party applications to add sound to their video shorts.
It was seen in the YouTube theater for Android version 17.04.32_beta.
This feature is available in Tiktok.
YouTube Shorts was released at 2020 to rival the Tiktok short video application.
This allows YouTube users to create and share short video clips up to 60 seconds in the YouTube application.
At present, users can add text to certain parts of video, automatic text, basic filters, and color correction.
They can also add sound from the YouTube library to shorts.
But if they want to add a track or voice transfer to the video shorts, they need to record it separately and then add it using third-party applications.
The VoiceOver button for YouTube Shorts does not stay in the latest YouTube beta for Android.
Good companies have shared official information about it.
The possibility of this feature can be launched by the beta release of the future.
But there is no known time line.
As stated above, YouTube shorts were launched in September 2020.
