CHENNAI: The Sankar Nagar Authorities on Monday Detained YouTuber Kishore K Swamy for Post defamatory videos and Remarks from chief minister M K Stalin and Preceding CMs and DMK Overdue Pioneers C N Annadurai and M Karunanidhi.

Kishore K Swamy was apprehended according to a complaint in the organizer of DMK IT wing, Kancheepuram district.
The complaint stated that Swamy circulated movies with violent and defamatory remarks from the leaders.
He’d shared them social websites with abusive remarks from the DMK after the government’s decision to train and also have women priests .
He’s been booked under Section 153 (provocation with intent to cause riot), Department (1)(b ) ) (inducing anxiety or alarm to the general public, or into any part of the people whereby any individual may be forced to commit an offence against the state or from general salvation ) and daddy (1)(C) (whomever creates, publishes or circulates any statement or statement comprising rumour or alarming information with intention to make or encourage, or that is very likely to produce or encourage feelings of enmity, hatred or ill-will between different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities) of the Indian Penal Code.
Swamy was created before a magistrate at Chengalpet and remanded in judicial custody.
Swamy was previously accused of putting women journalists on interpersonal networking.
He had been detained for this let out on bond.
