NEW DELHI: Three times after obtaining bail out of the Supreme Court at a sedition case, YSRCP rebel MP K Krishnam Raju produced a surprise move from asking the SC to delete the Andhra Pradesh government and its functionaries as celebrations into his request and include the CBI to get a new celebration. This plea by mature advocate Mukul Rohatgi brought a sharp response from AP administration’s counselor Dushyant Dave, who stated it was unthinkable that if the problems were associated with Andhra Pradesh, the petitioner was seeking deletion of their state authorities from the collection of celebrations in his request. Having a seat of Justices Vineet Saran and B R Gavai consenting to disable AP government and other state functionaries in the record of celebrations”in the possibility of Raju”, Dave sharpened his assault to the MP. Raju has searched an independent research to his custodial torture following his arrest by police on May 14.
