Lucknow: Even though there has been a drop in a case for two months, after more than 15 months or 455 days it becomes right that not one case of Covid-19 infection was reported in the city on Monday.
It was on May 25 last year when not one case was recorded in the city.
Although two cases were recorded on Sunday, five patients recovered in the last 48 hours.
As a result, the number of active cases now reaches 26, which is also the lowest in 15 months.
Meanwhile, there was a decrease in vaccination too.
Compared to 17,944 shots on Saturday, 15,719 doses were given on Monday.
While 8,381 took the first shot, 7,338 completed a two-dose course.
In groups 18-44 years, 6,197 and 4,973 each took the first and second dose, while in the appropriate 45-59 category of numbers were 1,548 and 1.561.
Among 60 or higher, 630 appears for the first dose and 627 for the second.
