LONDON: Zhang Zhizhen, the first Chinese man in an open era to qualify for Wimbledon, came out in the first round on Tuesday who lost to French players Antoine Hoang in the match five sets 4-6, 7-6 (7-6), 6- 7 (5/7), 6-3, 6-2.
Zhang, 24, twice lead in the match but every time a colleague qualify – ranked 156 and 19 places higher than their opponents – fight back to the level.
Zhang did not have the best from the beginning with Hoang solving his first service game but he went bankrupt again through the first set and drawing a level at 4-4.
Zhang had built a steam head as he settled in an unknown environment from the main interesting match at Wimbledon and solved Hoang again before sealing his service.
The second set was very tight going to the Die-Break that Hoang took (7/5) to raise the match.
Hoang Bankrupt Zhang in the first game of the third set but once again Chinese players hang there and go back to 3-3.
The set also went to the tie tie with Zhang will be two sets for one after winning it 7/5.
Hoang showed a little sign of a discouraged heart and ran to position 3-0 in the fourth set before the rain imposed them from the court.
Hoang’s focus was not affected by several hours from the court and he returned to take the match into the decisive set of 6-3 fourth.
The momentum seems to have swinged inevitably to the Frenchman when he went bankrupt at the fifth start to lead 3-1 and then went bankrupt again for 4-1 before sealing the second piece of clash with Sebastian Korta.
