Zookeepers die from snake bites in Trivandrum

Thiruvananthapuram: Zookeepers died of Snake Bite at the Thiruvananthapuram Zoo there on Thursday.
Harshad, 44, the zoo keeper entrusted with reptile care was reportedly bitten by King Cobra as he was cleaning the back cage.
Cobras is not put in the cage because it is locked.
Reptiles are stored in the backshelter.
The zoo authority said that Harshad might have been bitten when cleaning the back cage.
Three King Cobras is stored at the Trivandrum Zoo.
A snake is stored separately while the other two are accommodated as a partner.
Officials suspect that Harshad may have bitten by snakes stored in one of the back cages.
He rushed to a medical college hospital but his life could not be saved.
Harshad is a resident of KattaDada.
He went behind his wife and a child.
