Zoom has introduced a zoom application, where you use more than 50 third-party applications when you attend zoom calls.
You can access applications such as Asana, Space Dropbox, Pexels and more precisely from the zoom call interface.
You must download the latest zoom version to install third-party applications from the new Apps tab.
“The zoom application gives you a lot of screen space to collaborate with the ability to expand and undermine the application side panel, open your application in a new window, and switch between several zoom applications at once,” explained Carlin Sack, App Marketplace & Integrations in the official blog post.
If you use your office zoom account, the IT admin can control how zoom applications are used throughout your organization with admin settings.
“Your admin might require you to get pre-approval before adding a specific zoom application.” Add sacks.
How to access the zoom appsDownload latest version of Zoom Open Zoom and click the Apps tab on the desktop client or in the tool bar from your next zoom meeting.
For some accounts, users may need an admin to activate the zoom application icon in account settings so that it can be seen on the desktop client and the toolbar meeting.
Click Find to see a list of available zoom applications and add your favorites.
Zoom users can also visit the App Zoom market, navigate to the zoom application category, and add the desired one.
After the application is added, you can find the application under the application icon in my application tab in your Zoom Meeting interface.
The applications available now include Asana, Dropbox, Dot Collector, Funtivitas by Hermis, Head!, Kahoot!, Live2coursera, Pexels, SurveyMonkey Enterprise with convincingly, health that works with WW, among others.
