Gorakhpur: Sadhna Singh on Tuesday was declared the winner of the Zila Pancayat Chairman of Elecction of Gorakhpur.
DM Vijyendra Pandiyan gave a victory certificate to him after 3pm, when the deadline took back the nomination was complete.
