Hyderabad: Among the arrivals in RGIA on Sunday, one person tested positive for Covid-19 and samples were sent for genome sequencing.
The results of seven samples are currently awaited.
The country temporarily recorded 134 new cases of Covid-19 and one death, took a cumulative load and the death toll was 6.79,564 and 4,015.
At present there are 3,693 active cases in the state.
The week saw 201 patients declared recovered, taking total recovery to 6.71,856 at a rate of 98.86 percent.
The case fatality rate remains at 0.59 percent.
Great Hyderabad Municipal Corporation recorded 82 new cases on Sundays while neighboring Rangeddy, Sangareddy, and Medchal-Malkajiri each recorded nine, four and three cases each.
Elsewhere, Siddipet recorded six new cases, the highest among other districts.
